Glossary-aware accuracy
Whisper-large with biased decoding on your terms. The model that captions your product demo knows what your product is called — YouTube's doesn't.
Your team's training videos have 200+ product names, SDK symbols, and medical terms that YouTube auto-captions get wrong every time. GlossCap reads your Notion glossary once — then every caption track gets your terms right, to WCAG 2.1 AA, on the first pass.
✓ Built for L&D at 50–500-person orgs ✓ ADA Title II + EAA compliant ✓ No credit card required
The problem
ADA Title II became enforceable on April 24, 2026. The European Accessibility Act has been live since June 2025. WCAG 2.1 AA now expects synchronized captions at ≥99% accuracy — and YouTube's general-purpose auto-captions top out around 85% on training content, mangling exactly the words that carry the lesson: product names, SDK symbols, medical terms, acronyms. L&D teams are hand-fixing caption output at 1–2 hours per video. Enterprise vendors (Verbit, Rev, 3Play) price at $200+/month for 1,000-seat orgs. Mid-market training teams have no fit-for-purpose tool.
How it works
Connect a Notion page, Confluence space, or Google Docs folder. GlossCap reads your product names, SDK symbols, and acronyms once — then keeps them in sync on a schedule.
Drag in an MP4, MOV, or paste a URL. Whisper-large transcribes with glossary-biased decoding, so your terms come out right the first time instead of becoming a correction queue.
Download WCAG-compliant SRT and VTT, or push directly to TalentLMS, Docebo, Absorb, Kaltura, or YouTube via webhook. Every export is logged for your compliance file.
What you get
Whisper-large with biased decoding on your terms. The model that captions your product demo knows what your product is called — YouTube's doesn't.
One-time connect to Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs. Your glossary stays fresh without a second system of record for your ops team to maintain.
SRT + VTT at WCAG 2.1 AA, with a reviewable edit UI so you sign off on the human-approved track that ADA and EAA auditors ask for.
Webhook delivery to TalentLMS, Docebo, Absorb, and Kaltura — or drop the SRT/VTT into any LMS that takes standard caption files. No re-uploading.

Questions
YouTube's general-purpose model doesn't know your company's vocabulary. It renders Kubernetes as "cooper Netty's" and tirzepatide as "tier zip a tide." GlossCap reads your Notion or Confluence glossary once, then biases the Whisper model toward your terms on every pass — so product names, SDK symbols, and medical terms come out right the first time.
If your LMS accepts SRT or VTT caption files, GlossCap works. We've tested exports on TalentLMS, Docebo, Absorb, Kaltura, and every major LMS. The Team and Org plans add direct webhook delivery so captions land in your LMS without manual upload.
Yes. Output meets WCAG 2.1 AA — synchronized captions, ≥99% accuracy on glossary terms. Every caption track passes through a reviewable edit UI so you sign off on the final human-approved version before export, which is what ADA Title II and EAA auditors want to see.
On the Team plan and above, you link a Notion page, Confluence space, or Google Docs folder once. We read your terms, acronyms, and proper nouns on a schedule. On Solo, you paste terms into a text box. Either way, the glossary is the moat: every captioned hour strengthens the term model for your specific org.
The EAA has been enforceable since June 2025 and GlossCap's output meets its requirements for synchronized captions. Your uploaded video and glossary data are processed in EU-hosted infrastructure; we do not train our models on your content. See the privacy policy for the full data-handling detail.
